The Yukon Ranger LT 6,5x42 digital night vision is a modernized version of the well-known Ranger 5x42, which uses a much newer and more sensitive CMOS detector of the new generation instead of traditional photocathode or popular CCDs.
The Yukon Ranger LT 6.5x42 provides a transparent and sharp image, devoid of the tunneling effect known from the conventional I generation of night-vision goggles. Inside, a sensitive sensor of the new generation CMOS works, coupled with an electronic image sensor of high sensitivity. After processing, the image is displayed on a high resolution LCD panel, visible in the device's eyepiece. This makes the Yukon Ranger LT 6.5x42 an innovative solution in the world of night-vision. In addition, we can adjust not only the distance of the sharp image, but also the brightness of the display. The CMOS sensor is insensitive to strong light due to the automatic exposure value. This digital night vision device can also be used during the day, without fear of damage to photosensitive elements. The double backlight system and the largest among the night vision devices, up to a magnification of 6.5 times, guarantees the range of several hundred meters, ensuring high contrast and detail of the image.
As the name suggests, the Ranger Series is primarily intended for long-distance observation, and is best suited for use with the included lighting. Ranger has two built-in infrared illuminators, including one long-range illuminator. Both work in the 940 nm range, invisible to outside observers, animals, as well as for most night vision goggles with a traditional image intensifier. They have power up to 115 mW and an angle of radiation, thanks to which a detector receives a lot of reflected energy and the image is readable even over a distance of several hundred meters.
With LT 6.5x42, good results are obtained when observing game feeding on the edge of the forest, fencing areas, objects hidden on unpaved roads, tracks, shoulders or in recesses of buildings and construction sites. He cope well in observing the targets found in shrubs and trees and on the water reservoirs. The device is insensitive to focused light sources, thanks to which it is perfectly suitable for observation in urban areas with strong and variable illumination, without fear of damage to the photosensitive element.
The device is powered by six 1.5V AA batteries, rechargeable Ni-MH batteries or also the chargers - car and stationary included in the set.
The Yukon Ranger LT 6.5x42 has been equipped with a PAL video output (CCIR), enabling the connection of the image recording device. The noctovisor also has an assembly for a ? "stand.
Yukon Ranger LT 6.5x42 is recommended for people who want high magnification at an affordable price. Will work in the work of the night watchman, forester, angler and every person interested in the protection of property and observers of the night nature. It is useful in hunting, nocturnal airgun shooting and ASG.
